NOTES:
RPI came out flat for 2 periods against Colgate and found themselves
down 4-1 going into the third. However their intensity picked up and they
out shot Colgate 20-1 in the third period. RPI scored on a 6-4 powerplay
(pulled goalie) with 22 seconds left, and hit the post with 2 seconds showing
and the Colgate goalie covered the puck.
Against Williams, RPI came out with the same intensity that they had
in the third against Colgate, and scored 1:13 into the first period. RPI
never looked back in this one and as the shots indicate, controlled the game.
RPI is now 4-3 going into this weekends match up versus Wesleyan. Then
the women will break for Finals and Christmas and open the second half of their
season with an IMPORTANT contest against the University of Maine on Jan 17.
