In one of the best efforts of the season, and one of the best games played
   in houghton in a long time, The huskies dominated the Wisconsin Badgers
   for 3 periods, outshooting them 40 -26, But falling in Overtime 6-5
 
   The huskies killed off a late 3rd period penalty in the overtime, and missed
     several oppertunities in overtime, before being beaten on a tip in off
     their own sticks.
 
   Tomorrow nights game is set for 8:05
 
  From Marquette---- Northern and Minn skated to a 3-3 overtime tie.
 
   in High school football playoffs in marquettes superior dome this afternoon,
    the Lake Linden - Hubbell Lakes took a commanding 47-0 halftime lead and
     coasted to a 47-14 victory
 
   If all works out next weeks game will be in the dome in the afternoon and
    MTU and NMU hockey in the evening in Marquette.  This driving to marquette
    for the football game and back to houghton for the Hockey game is killing
    me! ;-)
