I'd like to wish all teams competing this week good luck!
 
But I'd like to wish Coach Ric Schafer and the Fighting Irish esspecially good
luck as they return to the ranks of the CCHA for the first time since the
spring of 1983.  It has been a long road back form cuttign the program as a
varsity sport and Coach Schafer has done a fine job in convincing the
University to once again support hockey.  Best of luck to the Irish in
1992-93!
