Now _that's_ an interesting penalty.  While the penalty is for football
and not hockey, I assume the NC$$ applies similar penalties to all
sports?  Is this safe?  Presumably, one of the purposes of practice is
conditioning.  Maybe 4 days isn't a lot, and the players will presumably
work out on their own (without a trainer or coach), but still.
 
How long does the hockey team lose the $3500 dollars?  One year?
