        SAULT STE. MARIE, Mich. (UPI) -- The 1992 NCAA champion Lake Superior
State University hockey team will meet President Bush Monday at Chippewa
County Airport in Kinross in the Upper Peninsula.
        Bush, who will be in the eastern UP to participate in the annual
Mackinac Bridge Walk on Labor Day, will greet LSS University President
Robert D. Arbuckle, the Laker team and staff on his return from the
bridge walk.
        Bush was scheduled to spend the night at Sault Ste. Marie at the
Ojibway Hotel on Sunday.
        The Lakers won the national champion with a 10-game, season-ending
winning streak culminating in their second consecutive CCHA playoff
championship and a 5-3 win over the University of Wisconsin in the
national championship game.
