It was recently reported that NMU Wildcat center Mark Beaufait has
signed a professional contract with the San Jose Sharks.  As is the case
with a number of other favorite teams of Hockey-Ler's, the 'Cats have
now seen about half a dozen of last year's team sign with the pros.
(The one that really hurts, of course, is Jim Hiller, who had a year of
college eligibility remaining--but who could blame him?)
 
P.S.  For those interested, I was alongside Dallas Drake and his Dodge
Stealth today.  ;-)
