I heard that part of the proposal was a garauntee to have it 50-50 by the
year 2002.  The Big Ten voted this down, only saying that they hope to
achieve 50-50 within 5 years.
 
Actually, I'd like to get rid of Wisconsin and Northwestern and ...
I better stop there.  :-)
