Maybe the NC$$ should change the rule to "schools with rinks that seat
6,000, or that seat at least 50% of the undergraduate student body."
That would include the West teams in the first clause, and the East teams
that are not near a major city arena (i.e. Boston, Providence, Albany),
like Clarkson, SLU, Colgate, UVM, Maine, etc. in the second clause.
