I just talked to a friend over in the Athletic Department and she told me that
 there have been numerous requests for the address and phone number of the NCAA
 to complain about the lack of TV coverage and the way in which this tournament
 has been promoted (NOT!) and handled. I asked for the information and here it
 is for those so inclined to write a letter or call in a complaint.

 It was suggested that the city/school which host the tournament (in any form)
 should provide a "feed" for outside stations to pick up even if there is a
 local "blackout". This would at least alleviate the "production" costs which a
 station must pay in addition to the fee required by the NC$$. You can mention
 this and any other ideas you may have to help improve the tournament.
 Writing a letter will carry MORE WEIGHT than calling.
 
 Oh, I almost forgot...THEY HAVE HAD OVER 200 CALLS TODAY ALONE!!!!!!!
 
 MAYBE, JUST MAYBE THEY WILL LISTEN TO REASON THIS TIME.  WRITE!!!
