As most of you may know, Michigan and Lake Superior State face off this
weekend in two games at Yost Ice Arena in Ann Arbor.  LSSU won both of
their home contests vs. Michigan, 3-2 (OT) and 10-0.  This series will
have a major impact on the CCHA race, and possibly the national polls.
 
A lesser known note is that both teams are streaking at Yost.  Michigan
has a 19-game (16-0-3) regular season home unbeaten streak on the line.
The Wolverines have not lost during the season at Yost since LSSU beat
them last year, 4-3.  On the flip-side, LSSU has a 12 game (10-0-2)
unbeaten streak at Yost!  Although Michigan has beaten the Lakers 4 times
in recent years, they have not done so at home in Coach Red Berenson's
tenure.  Maybe these teams are fit to be tied this weekend!
