she is the assistant to chris farrow at NCAA television.. They make all
contracts with Tv to cover NCAA sports.
 
her response to me is  phone calls will be useless, but all emails will put
together and reviewed to see what the problems are with this system.  Of
course its no problem for Chris Farrow since  he is watching the games live
in Ann arbor...
I do have his cell phone number if any wishes to complain in person as well.
