Ed Walsh was the captain for the 1973-74 Terriers.  He was an
All-America goaltender the year before.  The only other senior on BU's
team that season was Joe Robillard, the back up goalie.
 
Current Boston University associate head coach Brian Durocher was a
co-captain along with Jack O'Callahan during BU's 1978 NCAA championship
season.  Durocher split the goaltending duties evenly with Jim Craig
that year up until the NCAA tournament.  Even though there were two
captains (no Alternates), Brian had the sole pleasure of carrying the
trophy during the celebration.  I believe there was only one other
senior on the roster that year; O'Callahan was a junior.
