Perfect example is Marty Reasoner, Jr.  He will be a freshman at BC this
coming season, and did not declare himself eligible to be drafted, therefore
you will not see his name called in the draft even though he is one of the
Top US Prep School players in the country.
 
He will be eligible next year after his freshman campaign.
