In a tighter contest, Miami finished off Ferris State, 4-2. Jason
Mallon and Kevyn Adams each had a goal and two assists. The killer for Ferris
State was their power play. Each team scored a goal on the Bulldog's seven
opportunities. Goalie Chuck Thuss came up big for the Redskins, stopping 31
shots. From the sound of the scores from the other games, it looks like the
Redskins will be travelling to Sault Ste. Marie for the Championship Play-In.
