Hey, how many nicknames "accurately represent the student body?"  How many
Mustangs attend the school I teach at, Cal Poly SLO?  How many gophers go
to Minnesota?  Well, you get my drift.  As a physicist, I would not feel
too too bad if the name Engineers was kept .... I hope somebody currently
on campus tells some of the powers to be about these discussions!!
