Here are reports on the first three games of Dartmouth's Switzerland tour.
They were provided to me by Bob Ceplikas of the Dartmouth Athletic Director's
office. Dartmouth will be playing one more game before returning home to play
the Russian team on Dec 27th.
 
Does anyone know anything about the teams below?
 
Dartmouth defeated the Grindelwald Club, 10-0, as co-captain Dion DelMonte
and freshman David Whitworth each had two goals and an assist.  Sophomore
Scott Baker made 15 saves in his first varsity game.
 
The Big Green then defeated Worb, 5-4, when senior Mike Stacchi scored his
second goal of the game with only seven seconds remaining.  DelMonte had a
goal and three assists, and freshman Darik Buchar stopped 21 shots in the
goal.
 
Dartmouth then overwhelmed the Sierre Juniors, 10-1, with David Whitworth
notching two goals and three assists.  Sophomore Owen Hughes scored a goal
and two assists, while classmate Ben Heller made 14 saves.
 
Bob Gross
