I titled this posting with WI in the title for those of you who could
     care less about Wisconsin hockey.  Now you can delete it without
     spending the time to read it.
 
     Defenseman Steve Sabo, a transfer from Kent, will take a medical
     redshirt this season and have shoulder surgery.  He has been bothered
     by shoulder problems all season, and lately by a hamstring injury.
 
     Dan Tompkins will miss the Badger Hockey Showdown to play on the U.S.
     Junior team in Canada.  The team is coached by Jeff Jackson of Lake
     State.
