The 1994 College Hockey Guide lists 6 CIAU teams:
University of Guelph
Queen's University
University of Toronto
Wilfred Laurier University
University of Windsor
York University
 
There's contact info for each school - I'll post it if there's interest.
 
The Guide also lists 1992/93 standings for the OWIAA (Ontario
Women's Interuniversity Athletic Association). Totonto, Guelph,
Queen's and York comprise the OWIAA.
