If I recall, the 1993-94 issue did not list women's programs in
Canada.  It did have a listing of women's programs in the US,
both varsity and club level.
 
Unfortunately, I don't know if the expanded 1994-95 edition
will pick this up or not.  Your best bet would be to contact the
publisher at:
