I realize I haven't mentioned the contest in a while, since I've been a little
busy with other things (I think Mr. Moerland knows what that might be, and
possibly Mr. Paine).  But, anyway, here is the list of the 60 lunatics (and me)
who made the picks in the Contest.
 
First off, school affiliations:  In a bit of surprise to me, the most-followed
team among our contestants were the Enginerds :-) of RPI with 8.  Next was a
tie between the top 2 teams in the country, the evil scum at BU :-) and the
followers of the greatest team ever to grace the face of the planet, Michigan
State, both with 5.  The rest:

Once I get permission from the Yoda of Yost (I tried sending him a message, but
it's held up at my end for some reason), I will post the Guppie, a compilation
of the media predictions (which had a new addition today in McPaper).  It could
be out by the end of the day.
