It was also a question of when he played.  Ryan was plagued by injuries
and didn't get much playing time.  One time last season, he played in a
drop-in session at Yost and some people were heard to say that maybe
that's what he needs to build up his confidence.  It's not often you see
a player wearing their Team USA gear in a drop-in session with the rec
players.
