Yes, in fact this morning's Boston Globe reports:
 
UMass-Lowell put an end to speculation that hockey coach Bruce Crowder
might be in line for the vacant Boston College job or any other job by
extending his contract for three years, assuring that he will continue as
[River Hawk] coach through the 1996-97 season.  Crowder, the Hockey East
Coach-Of-The-Year, ;ed UMass-Lowell to a 25-10-5 record and a berth in the
NCAA tournament.  A former player with the Bruins, Crowder is 56-46-11 in
three seasons as head coach.
