The Redskins finished the regular season 19-14-1, 17-12-1 in the CCHA, with
a strong game at Goggin Arena, beating the Buckeyes 3-2.  The win was
partial revenge for last night's depressing 4-3 overtime loss in Columbus.
Miami's fifth place finish is somewhat disappointing after taking the
league championship last year, yet considering the 'Skins were in 10th
place in January, the team has given its fans a lot to cheer about.
 
Ohio State (7-21-5 overall, 6-19-5 league) started strong in front of
goalie Tom Askey who chalked up well over 40 saves on the night.  The Bucks
played hard throughout the contest, but did all of their scoring in the
first.
