Hi Chris,
         In addition, to attending the junior or community college, they
need to complete and meet the graduation requirements for the 2 year degree
at the community college. This places them on track for returning to a 4
year institution without having to do the "year in residence", that the
NCAA mandates for players that move between 4 year institution with the
exception of the those using this "4-2-4" rule.
