A second vote for Anson Carter.
He is everything the Hobey Baker Award is all about.
My lasting picture of Anson will always be the annual "Skate with the
Spartans" event, when the lines for his autograph wind around everyone
elses. If kids know best, and voted for the Hobey, Anson would be the pick.
That doesn't mean that the other candidates aren't deserving. Of the few
I've seen, Brian Bonin had two great games in the WCHA-CCHA Showdown. He'll
be tough to beat.

One vote for Anson Carter. Great player, great kid. Always does the right
thing at the right time. Plays defense, moves the puck well. Inspirational
leader type.
