Well, before the folks from UW-Stevens Point painfully
remind me, Buddy took RIT to the D-III Championship series in
1989, but RIT lost to Point. He did however take a 13-15 team and
turn them around to win the ECAC West title and to within a goal of the
National Championship - we were *very* sorry to see him go after
only one season here.
 
RIT's two championships were won by Brian Mason (D-II in '83)
who later coached at Princeton (and is now out of hockey) and Bruce Delventhal
(D-III in '85)  who is now head coach at Union.
