Now hold on a minute. The griping about CC revolves around the fact that a
more realistic rating system would not have placed them 13th or even 12th,
11th, or 10th. Surely CC would be considered someplace in the top 10 on just
about anybody's poll. Thus, they got shafted because *several* other teams
got to go who, by rights, should have been ranked behind CC. If CC was
*really* about a 13th team, then, sure, give em some sympathy, but no big
deal.
And, although I've said it before, lets not forget a hot goalie can defeat
just about anybody, and that's what happened to CC and its that particular
loss that pushed them down to 13th on the index.
