I don't know about that.  I think Steve Martins has NHL-type ability, although
I don't think he has NHL-type smarts yet.  He takes way too many dumb
penalties depriving Harvard of his ability to disrupt the opposing team's
defensive alignment.  He probably would need a little seasoning down in the
AHL/IHL however.  It would be fun though to see him on a line with Paul Kariya
at Anaheim, or maybe Pavel Bure in Vancouver.
 
Also interesting to note that BU has lost to both of the ECAC's "speed" teams:
Harvard and RPI.  I don't know if that makes any statement about size vs.
speed, but it could make for interesting re-matches in the East Regionals (not
making any claims about ALL THREE making the tournament, but it would be
nice...
