The 1994 tournament will be played in the St. Paul Civic Center in downtown
St. Paul, definitely NOT in Minneapolis.  The 1989 and 1991 tournaments
were in St. Paul, too.  The last time the tournament was in Minneapolis was
some time in the 1960's.
