I wouldn't get too emotional about the composition of the US Selects.  As
the NHL expands into the Sunbelt (Miami-give me a break!  Sip your Cuba Libres
during a power play!) the liklihood of an American and Canadian NHL dream team
increases dramatically.  TV Contracts=Money=Professionals in the Olympics
