Buried in the "Transactions" column of today's Star Tribune sports section
was the notice that Colorado College had suspended head coach Brad Beutow
for 60 days for NCAA violations.
 
Any word on what those violations were?  This suspension goes well into
November and thus includes the first few weeks of the WCHA season (including
the Gophers' series at CC the last weekend of October).
