I fully agree with your complaints about the posting from south of the border.
 Something else in your posting caught my eye though: "COCO". I got the
 impression that it is some sort of "computer conference" mailing list. If so, I
 may be interested. Can you provide me with details? (e.g. short description,
 and how to subscribe).
