Here are some more numbers for you-all to sort through.  I calculated these
figures with the help of Keith Instone (he gave me the raw data).  If this
gets to be too much for you, skip this message, I will highlight it in a
separate message.
 
I have not worked this all out in my head yet, but what I am trying to
produce is some measure of how "reliable" interconference ratings are.
We all think that more interconference games are better than less, but how
do we put a number on it?  Well, I don't yet have an answer, but here's some
food for thought.  I would like to hear from anyone who has suggestions or
interpretations.
