I hope someone out there participating in this conference will be
able to help me. I am a Cornell Hockey fan. I will not be in Ithaca
on Friday at 5:00 PM, when Cornell faces Clarkson in the first semi-
final game. I will be in the New York Metropolitan area, more
specifically, in Bergen County New Jersey. I undersatnd that the
games will be carried by New England Sports Network, and that a sports
bar with a satellite dish should be able to get the game. What I'm
wondering is if any of you know of any sports bar in the area that I'll
be that would be willing to show a college hockey game at 5:00 in the
afternoon, on a Friday? If I can't watch the game, I'd at least like to
listen to it, so if you know of a radio station that can be received in
the New York Metropolitan area that will be broadcasting the game, I'd
like to hear about that as well. So far, the best option I've come up
with is to call my wife, and have her play the radio next to the phone.
This would not be an inexpensive way to listen to the game! I'm open to
any and all suggestions! Thanks.
