At 14:57 of the first period, the Friars' Peter Zingoni tallied his first

At 15:28 of the second period the game was delayed more then seven minutes
due to a shattered piece of glass. After the delay, the River Hawks' Kyle
Kidney one-timed a pass from Rooney past PC's netminder Boyd Ballard, tying
the game at 2-2, just 33-seconds after the teams resumed play.
UMass-Lowell regained the lead at the 3:32 mark of the third period.
Kidney tallied his second goal of the night. The Friars' Heath Gordon tied
the game at the 10:00 mark, his first goal of the season. Zingoni
controlled the puck in the corner and fired a pass to Gordon who one-timed
the puck past St. John.

for UMass-Lowell.
