I didn't see a final posted on the 2nd game, so here are the scores and a
few words.

BU 5, NU 4
One of the greatest Beanpot games I've ever seen. NU roared back from 3-0
and 4-2 deficits to tie it at 4-4 in the third. Then, David Sacco was
left uncovered on the left side and scored the winning goal at 17:13.
NU had three great chances to tie it in the final minute, the best being
when a Huskie player had a rebound in the crease with Cashman down and out,
and he lifted it over the crossbar with seconds left. Words don't do
justice to what a fantastic game this was to be at.

Harvard 6, BC 4
BC was outshot 43-17 and had no right being in this game. Neither goalie
was impressive. The Crimson led all the way but BC somehow stayed in it.
Harvard played very well overall and looked good, but they may have more
trouble with a BU squad that has much more firepower than BC. BC fought
back to make it 5-4 before Harvard added the empty-netter.

Press this morning (radio, newspaper) was raving about the BU-NU game. Catch
the replay if you can. After the 2nd period, Doug DeAngelis said it seemed
that the teams were playing that period as if it were a third period (up-and-
down, great chances). Then the third was even better.

Next Monday: Northeastern-BC 5:00 Consolation
             BU-Harvard 8:00 Championship
