        With reference to the thread about the often incredulous results of the
weekly polls, I found it interesting that Brown has defeated each of the
above-listed teams (5-0-1 in six games played against these teams; and
throw Colgate into that grouping and the record is 6-0-1) since the New
Year and yet is still unable to climb past the 28th in the Automated
Ratings Percentage Index.  I realize that the Bears got off to a rocky
start (2-10) back in November-December, but doesn't current performance
count for more than past misfortune?  When you're hot, you're hot!
