A packed Munn 19,900+ crowd witnessed a charged game. State scored their
first goal on a fluke reboard off the backboards on a power play. MSU
scored on their first two PP's and Michigan scored their lone goal on a
PP. State's last goal was an empy netter. Alban was great as usual. Turco
was in goal for Michigan. State has now beaten Michigan four times this
year. Swept the season series and once in the GLI final.
 
State is now in first place in the CCHA by one point.
