Original message 1/12/98:

To All Hockey-L'ers (and their guests):

I am pleased to announce the details of the 1998 Hockey-L Dinner:

When: Thursday, April 2, 1998, between 1998 NC$$ Semifinal Games 1 & 2

Where: The Harp, 85 Causeway Street, directly across from the FleetCenter

Cost: $14.00 per person (includes tax and tip)

Includes:

Appetizers (Buffalo wings and tortilla chips with salsa)
        Dinner served buffet style:
                Penne with chicken and broccoli
Sliced London Broil with Red Wine Sauce
                (Both entrees will be available)
                Starch, vegetable, salad, bread
                Coffee/tea
        (Other beverages are additional)

We will have our own area (or room) with plenty of seating, and a bartender.

If you are planning to attend, please e-mail me privately, and state the
number of Hockey-L'ers and guests who will be attending. If you are unsure
but thinking about it, let me know and I'll put you in the "maybe"
category. I will update the list in a couple of weeks to let you know what
the numbers look like.

For those of you who are new, this is a chance to put faces to the names
and have some great chat between games. It's always a great time!

Look forward to hearing from you,

Karen Ambrose
