Who said that the Beanpot rivalries were any more intense than the Big Ten rivalries?
I just made mention of the proximity of the schools, which was how Greenie raised the
issue in the first place.  You can literally walk from BC to BU and then onto Harvard's
campus within 90 minutes time.  Driving it during rush hour would take about 15 minutes
(add another 15 minutes drive time when you add Northeastern).  That in itself
distinguishes their rivalry from any collegiate sport in any geographic region.
