championships in anaheim. how do the pre-order applications
work, and when are they typically made available?

The Boston Globe reported on Thursday, 18 December 1997, that the
51st NCAA Hockey Championship to be palyed at the FleetCenter in
Boston is sold out. All 12,000 tickets put on public sale are gone,
with only the tickets for the final four teams that make it and those
reserved for the NCAA remain (5,565).
