From the recent CCHP:

TEAM OFF DEF TOTAL
-------------------------- ----- ----- -----
42 Niagara (5-2-0) -1.00 46 .74 5 -1.75

Lookit that... the 5th best goals-against average in the nation against D1
squads.. Okay, so they've only played 7 D1 games, and some fans have whined
that they shouldn't be on the schedule this season, but it looks like
something good is certainly developing Upstate.

I've heard from a few people that the crowds at Niagara are really into the
games, that the students have really opened up to it, and that the players
relish every practice.

Just more support for that theory of the relationship and history between
college hockey and upstate New Yahk, I guess.

Anyone out there with any brief comments about the team, about the coaching?

Since BU dropped football, does that mean Silber fumbled?
Real grass at Nickerson for the *real* football! Yippee!
