Here in Columbus the CCHA game of the week will be carried on
SportsChannel. The local cable company refered me to the SportsChannel
office in Cleveland and they told me that Fox Sports Net bought
SportsChannel (I assume that it's just the regional network that covers the
Ohio area).  This might also be true for the regional network in the
Madison area.  I would suggest giving the regional office a call.  Hope
this helps.
