> Congratulations, Adam! What does this mean to USCHO?

Thank you. What it means to USCHO is nothing. I was a mere underling with
them. Though I hope to stay on as one of the ECAC writers.

What it means to the Internet broadcasting is another story ... that's an up in
the air situation ... but it would be a shame for it to end.

I will miss everyone that I see "Around the Rinks" of college hockey, the
coaches, media and fans (especially hockey-l'ers) ... I am convinced there is
no better group of people ... but like a player, to make the show, you gotta
start moving "up" -- If college hockey were as popular as college hoops, that
wouldn't be necessary, but oh well.

Instead, my goal will be to spread the word of college hockey. I can do little
things like making sure to include what school a player attended, including his
college stats in the player bios, mentioning the colleges on the air, etc... I
also hope to introduce the shot chart to pro hockey. For some reason, college
statkeepers use it, and it's invaluable, but pros don't.

At least one eye and much of my heart will still be on college hockey,
especially the ECAC, and especially Princeton and Cornell --- maybe I can admit
that now. And I hope to see everyone at the Icebreaker tournament, which is
now in Madison. Unfortunately, the Fleet Center looks out of the question,
since our playoffs start that week.

All for now.
