Okay, someone else must have an opinion about this question. Clearly
it's not the only way to score or necessarily the best, but it sure is
noticeable, so

Who has the hardest (fastest, heaviest) shot in college hockey?

If you don't see enough teams, at least who has the hardest shot on
"your" team? Who do you watch for to blast one when he's on the ice?
If you'd care to say so or noticed, who has the hardest shot on the
opposing teams you've seen?

For UAF (Alaska Fairbanks), absolutely no doubt, sophomore center Jeff
Trembecky.

Among the victims of Trembecky blasts for goals:

Marty Turco, Michigan, twice
Chad Alban, Michigan State
Matt Barnes, Western Michigan
Ray Aho, Ohio State, twice
Matt Eisler, Notre Dame

Usual spots:

top of right circle on power play
anywhere else he crank it up enough to get the shot off

Most recent example:

Game winner in 5-4 come from behind win over Notre Dame, 1/17, the puck
was in and out of the net so fast, Eisler was still looking for it
afterward

Real audio for that goal:

Let me know whose shot to watch for!
