Wasn't that one of the original reasons for forming the Governor's Cup -- to
create a sort of "State University Beanpot" to rival the original?  At the
time I thought it was a good idea, but I look at it now after two years and
have to agree that it's kind of boring as a UNH fan to face Lowell and Maine
again.
 
I'm much more excited about taking a crack at Wisconsin and possibly Colorado
College in the Badger showdown than a late-November non-conference set with
teams we already see at least three times.
