I played in the World's Largest Women's Ice Hockey Tournament in
Brampton, Canada one year. Our coach taught us that defense wins games and
we played very defensively with heavy backchecking. We won our division
championship, so maybe defense is better than offense. We did have semis
and finals that landed up going into overtime and the final landed up being
decided by a shoot out.
