Besides the fact that the NCAA really doesn't want to go after coaches, I
don't think that Walsh violated NCAA rules on any of these.  I seem to
remember that all of the violations sited above were imposed by Maine, not
the NCAA.  Thus, any punishment for violating them is Maine's responsibility,
not the Association's.
