I agree with Mike that strength of schedule must be accounted for.  I would not
rank Army very highly in the polls if they were to go undefeated on their
schedule of low level DivI and DivIII teams.  My point was merely that if one
has already attained a ranking based on schedule and team strength, it should
not be lessened because the team struggles a bit in a few victories.  The fact
is that they won and I don't believe that a win should result in the lowering
of current ranking.
 
Mike you're right.  The message was much more interesting the way you wrote it.
