Just a note on Goose (Yannick Gosselin), about the 1st goal of ND at 19:55 of
the 3rd period.
 
Better be careful on what you say, kid, because Goose is sitting right here,
and he assured me that the shot was deflected twice and screened. It might
have looked like the puck was easy to stop but when you got 5 Notre Dame
guys in your face with a shot coming, nothing is easy.
Can't stop what you can't see. Try for yourself...
 
Second goal in overtime was exactly the same thing.
 
Now about using three goalies in the game, maybe it's not the best thing
to do (Goose says), but I'm not so sure that if D'Amore or Doneghey had been
there, it would have been different.
